PDF to Word
Turn a PDF into an editable Word document. This tool extracts the text from every page, in reading order, and builds a real .docx file with a page break between pages — so you can edit, reformat, and reuse the content in Word, Google Docs, or LibreOffice. It extracts text only; it doesn't attempt to rebuild original fonts, exact spacing, tables, or images, so it works best on text-heavy PDFs like reports, letters, and contracts.

Frequently asked questions
Will the layout, fonts, and images be preserved?
No — this tool extracts the text into an editable Word document. It does not preserve exact layout, tables, embedded images, or original fonts. For text-heavy documents the content comes across cleanly; complex designed layouts will need manual formatting afterward.
Does it work on scanned PDFs?
Not directly — a scanned PDF has no text layer to extract, just an image. Run it through OCR PDF first to recognize the text, then convert the result.
Is my PDF uploaded anywhere?
No. Text extraction and the .docx file are both built entirely in your browser — your PDF never leaves your device.
